new chapter

We're six Ottawa friends who grew up around places like this. Between us: two babies, four dogs, two cats, three horses, and a shared love of the game.

Conley's has never just been a driving range. It's been part of the Richmond community for decades.

It started with Glenda and Wayne Conley - the family whose name has been on this road, and this range, from the very beginning. In 1995, Ross Leeder, a lifelong golf professional who believed the game should be open to everyone, took over and made it his own.

Conley's has always been more about people than perfect swings, and we're carrying that forward, just with a bit of new energy.

Protect the magic of Conley's while bringing new life and fresh energy to it. We're building it for the next generation of golfers and neighbours.

“You can tell the new owners genuinely care about the place. It still feels laid-back, but everything feels cleaner and refreshed. Happy to see it landed in good hands.”

“Conley Road Driving Range is a great spot! Perfectly located just outside main strip in Richmond. They have ample hitting bays, lots of room for chipping and pitch shots, and even bunker shots.

It's my go-to place for practice since I've always had a good experience there.”

"Having me the new owners of Conley's I'm happy to say its in great hands. A friendly staff, great facilities and I can't wait for all the new updates they are putting in!"

“I went to a couple of different driving ranges and nothing compares to Conley Road. The best thing is the family atmosphere that is felt when I go with my son. We are never rushed or feel obligated to hit our balls and move on.”

"I’ve never golfed before or even held a club, but tried it for the first time at Conley’s and had such a great time. It’s a really relaxed, no-pressure vibe, perfect if you’re new to the game and just want to have fun!!"

"Been coming to this range on and off for years and it’s nice to see it still has that same feel with the new owners. Nice to hear about some of the changes they have planned. It’s a good place to hit a bucket and nice way to spend the afternoon.

Great way to spend time and improve your golf swing."

Questions

What are your hours?

Spring hours are weather dependent. Best way to stay up to date? Follow us on Instagram or Facebook!

Do I need a reservation to play?

Nope! Just show up, grab a bucket, and find a bay. No reservations, no tee times, no fuss

How much does it cost to play?

You pay by the bucket, not by the hour. Pricing depends on the bucket size. Check out full details here.

Is Conley’s only for serious golfers?

Not at all! In fact, many of our guests have never held a club before. Conley's has always been about making the game feel approachable - no handicap required, no judgement, no dress code. Come as you are.

Need a gift for someone who could use a little fresh air and a bucket of balls? We’ve got gift cards. Swing by the Clubhouse, and our team will help you out.

Do you host private events?

We're working on it! Group outings, birthday parties, corporate events - watch this space.

Do you offer lessons?

Not yet — but we understand your short game can't wait forever. We'll let you know as soon as we're ready for you.
